The charcoal basket can be set at two different cooking heights giving you ultimate heat control.

Removable Charcoal Basket

The charcoal basket includes a slide out ash pan for easy cleaning and a charcoal divider, so you can contain the charcoal to one side of the grill for indirect cooking.

Swap out the supplied stainless steel grates with a set of Webber GA GrillGrates for a competition proven SCA winner. (GrillGrates not included)

Set your Rover Smoker to autopilot with a thermostat controlled fan unit such as the Inkbird WIFI Temp Controller (other devices may be compatible). No need to micro manage your pit all day you can set the controller to run for hours of continuous cooking. Hose inlet positioned at rear of grill.
